Each candle is hand-poured in South Moravia from the first pour to the final touch. Made from natural soy wax free of toxins and paraffin. Minor imperfections such as bubbles or color variations are signs of authentic handmade craftsmanship.

Composition:

• 100% soy wax
• unbleached cotton wick
• natural fragrance blend with essential oils
• Jesmonite vessel (eco-resin)

The Jesmonite vessel is an eco-friendly composite made from a water-based acrylic and mineral base. It contains no solvents or VOCs and is safe for both you and the environment.

Small air bubbles or surface patterns may appear during casting — they add individuality and charm to each handcrafted piece.

Candle care:

For the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface (no longer than 3 hours). Always trim the wick to 3–5 mm before lighting to ensure a steady flame and longer burn time. A wick that’s too long may produce smoke, while one that’s too short may drown in the wax  simply remove a little wax around it after cooling.

If tunneling occurs, wrap the candle in aluminum foil leaving an opening at the top for the flame — the heat will melt the remaining wax evenly.

Once your candle has burned down, give the Jesmonite vessel a second life — clean it with warm water, remove the wick, and use it as a planter or decorative bowl.

All our scented candles bear labeling according to CLP legislation. Safety data sheets are available upon request.

Every consumer must comply with the safety recommendations stated on the candle packaging and on our website.

During transport, the label with safety information on the bottom of the candle may come off. Please carefully read these safety instructions.

ČSN EN 15494 (650121) specifies safety labeling for candles intended for burning in rooms.

All candles from Louky Studio are intended for legally competent adults. Louky Studio is not responsible for misuse of products and all products are used at your own risk. Some fragrant and essential oils are not suitable for pregnant and nursing women, young children, and animals.

All fragrant and essential oils are made from high-quality raw materials, have not been tested on animals, and do not contain parabens or phthalates. Essential oils used in candles and other products have all important safety data sheets – IFRA, SDS – and comply with all EU regulations.

Candles and other products are PROHIBITED FOR INTERNAL USE and are not intended for CONSUMPTION!

Candles have a minimum shelf life of 2 years. Please note that the fragrance develops gradually during storage.

Candles and other products are not certified as cosmetic products under current EU law.

The candles are made from premium soy and beeswax. Waxes do not contain pesticides, herbicides, or petroleum byproducts.
