Close your eyes and imagine walking through a summer meadow, where the air carries the scent of ripe wild strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries. That’s exactly the feeling captured in our Summer Meadow candle – as if you brought a piece of the most beautiful summer day right into your home.
The candle comes in a handmade Jesmonite vessel and is filled with soy wax and three cotton wicks. When lit, it releases a fruity-sweet aroma of summer – a scent that might remind you of carefree childhood holidays. On the surface, you’ll find small white flowers made of soy wax, as if carried there by a gentle breeze straight from a blooming meadow.
Each candle is carefully handcrafted with love for detail. When you light it, it’s not just a candle – it’s a memory of summer, a calm evening, and that rare moment when time seems to slow down.

All our candles are hand-poured in South Moravia. Every step – from casting to packaging – is done with care. The candles are made of soy wax that contains no toxic materials. Small imperfections such as bubbles or slight color differences are natural signs of handmade craftsmanship.
Candle composition:
- 100% soy wax
- three unbleached cotton wicks
- fragrance composition made with IFRA-certified oils
- Jesmonite eco-resin container
The Jesmonite vessel is made from an eco-friendly composite material – a water-based acrylic combined with a mineral base. It’s free of solvents and VOCs, making it safe and sustainable.
Due to the nature of Jesmonite, small air bubbles or surface variations may occur during the handmade process. These details give each piece authenticity and unique character. Please note that every candle may slightly differ from the product photo.
Remember that the first burn is very important. Let the wax melt evenly across the surface (for no longer than 3 hours). Wick care matters too – always trim wicks to 3–5 mm before each lighting.
Proper trimming ensures a clean, even burn and longer candle life. A wick that’s too long may produce smoke or a large flame. If the wick sinks into the wax, it’s too short – gently remove some wax around it (only when the candle is cool and unlit).
If a tunnel forms in the wax, it means the candle was extinguished too soon. To fix it: wrap the candle in aluminum foil, leaving a small opening above the flame – this allows the wax to warm evenly and smooth out the surface.
Once the candle has burned out, give the vessel a second life – wash it with warm water, remove the wick base, and use it as a small planter or decorative bowl.
All our scented candles bear labeling according to CLP legislation. Safety data sheets are available upon request.
Every consumer must comply with the safety recommendations stated on the candle packaging and on our website.
During transport, the label with safety information on the bottom of the candle may come off. Please carefully read these safety instructions.
ČSN EN 15494 (650121) specifies safety labeling for candles intended for burning in rooms.

All candles from Louky Studio are intended for legally competent adults. Louky Studio is not responsible for misuse of products and all products are used at your own risk. Some fragrant and essential oils are not suitable for pregnant and nursing women, young children, and animals.
All fragrant and essential oils are made from high-quality raw materials, have not been tested on animals, and do not contain parabens or phthalates. Essential oils used in candles and other products have all important safety data sheets – IFRA, SDS – and comply with all EU regulations.

Candles have a minimum shelf life of 2 years. Please note that the fragrance develops gradually during storage.
Candles and other products are not certified as cosmetic products under current EU law.
The candles are made from premium soy and beeswax. Waxes do not contain pesticides, herbicides, or petroleum byproducts.
