Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with the product, you can return it within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The goods must be in the same condition as delivered, i.e. unused and in original packaging.
1. Fill in the return form, which you can download here.
2. Send the goods back to: Hostěnice 11, 664 04, Hostěnice, Czech Republic, attn. Olga Martinkovičová.
3. Refund – After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the payment using the same method as the original payment, or to the bank account specified in the return form, within 14 days.
Complaints
If the product has defects or does not meet the expected quality, you have the right to file a complaint. Please follow these steps:
1. Fill in the complaint form, which you can download here. Attach photos of the damaged product.
2. Send the goods back to: Hostěnice 11, 664 04, Hostěnice, Czech Republic, attn. Olga Martinkovičová.
3. Resolution – After receiving the goods, we will begin the inspection process and inform you of the result. If the complaint is accepted, we will repair, replace, or refund the product.
