All our candles are hand-poured in South Moravia. Every step — from pouring the wax to final packaging — is done with care and love. Made from soy and white beeswax, the candles contain no toxic materials. Small imperfections such as bubbles or color variations are natural marks of handcraft. The addition of beeswax ensures a longer burn time.

Candle composition:

• Soy wax and white beeswax
• Cotton wick
• Fragrance blend with IFRA-certified oils

Before placing the candle onto a spike holder, gently warm the metal tip with a lighter. Wick care is essential — always trim the wick to 3–5 mm before each burn. This keeps the flame clean and helps the candle last longer. A long wick may produce black smoke or an oversized flame. If the wick sinks into the wax, you may have trimmed it too short — carefully remove a bit of wax around it (only when the candle is cool).

Soy wax naturally melts more than paraffin, so use this type of candle only in a holder or on a non-flammable plate. Allow it to burn for up to 3 hours at a time and never move while lit. Some wax may drip, so please keep that in mind when placing it.

All our scented candles bear labeling according to CLP legislation. Safety data sheets are available upon request.

Every consumer must comply with the safety recommendations stated on the candle packaging and on our website.

During transport, the label with safety information on the bottom of the candle may come off. Please carefully read these safety instructions.

ČSN EN 15494 (650121) specifies safety labeling for candles intended for burning in rooms.

All candles from Louky Studio are intended for legally competent adults. Louky Studio is not responsible for misuse of products and all products are used at your own risk. Some fragrant and essential oils are not suitable for pregnant and nursing women, young children, and animals.

All fragrant and essential oils are made from high-quality raw materials, have not been tested on animals, and do not contain parabens or phthalates. Essential oils used in candles and other products have all important safety data sheets – IFRA, SDS – and comply with all EU regulations.

Candles and other products are PROHIBITED FOR INTERNAL USE and are not intended for CONSUMPTION!

Candles have a minimum shelf life of 2 years. Please note that the fragrance develops gradually during storage.

Candles and other products are not certified as cosmetic products under current EU law.

The candles are made from premium soy and beeswax. Waxes do not contain pesticides, herbicides, or petroleum byproducts.
