Each candle is hand-poured in South Moravia — a beautiful process from pouring to final packaging. The candles are made from 100% soy wax, free from paraffin and toxins. Small variations such as air bubbles or minor color differences are natural results of handmade craftsmanship and make every piece one of a kind.

Composition:

• 100% soy wax
• unbleached cotton wick
• fragrance blend made with essential oils
• Jesmonite vessel (eco-resin)

The Jesmonite container is an eco-friendly composite made of a water-based acrylic and mineral base. It contains no solvents or VOCs and is gentle on the environment.

Because of its nature, Jesmonite may show small air bubbles or subtle surface textures — these details add authenticity and character to each handcrafted piece.

Candle care:

During the first burn, let the wax melt evenly to the edges (no longer than 3 hours). Always trim the wick to 3–5 mm before each use. A long wick can cause smoke or a large flame; a wick that’s too short may drown in the wax — if that happens, remove a little wax around it once the candle has cooled.

If tunneling occurs, simply wrap the candle in aluminum foil, leaving an opening on top for the flame — the heat will help melt the remaining wax evenly.

Once the candle is finished, give the vessel a new life — clean it with warm water, remove the wick, and use it as a small planter or decorative bowl.

All our scented candles bear labeling according to CLP legislation. Safety data sheets are available upon request.

Every consumer must comply with the safety recommendations stated on the candle packaging and on our website.

During transport, the label with safety information on the bottom of the candle may come off. Please carefully read these safety instructions.

ČSN EN 15494 (650121) specifies safety labeling for candles intended for burning in rooms.

All candles from Louky Studio are intended for legally competent adults. Louky Studio is not responsible for misuse of products and all products are used at your own risk. Some fragrant and essential oils are not suitable for pregnant and nursing women, young children, and animals.

All fragrant and essential oils are made from high-quality raw materials, have not been tested on animals, and do not contain parabens or phthalates. Essential oils used in candles and other products have all important safety data sheets – IFRA, SDS – and comply with all EU regulations.

Candles and other products are PROHIBITED FOR INTERNAL USE and are not intended for CONSUMPTION!

Candles have a minimum shelf life of 2 years. Please note that the fragrance develops gradually during storage.

Candles and other products are not certified as cosmetic products under current EU law.

The candles are made from premium soy and beeswax. Waxes do not contain pesticides, herbicides, or petroleum byproducts.
