Each candle is hand-poured in South Moravia from 100% pure beeswax with no additives, paraffin, soy, or fragrance. Thanks to the density and quality of the wax, these candles burn slower and longer than regular ones, offering a warm, natural glow. By choosing beeswax, you also support local Czech beekeepers.

You may occasionally notice a soft white bloom on the surface — this is called the “wax bloom,” a natural sign of genuine beeswax. It can be gently removed by warming the candle slightly or wiping it with a soft cloth. Approximate burn time: 15–18 hours.

Composition:

• 100% pure Czech beeswax
• Cotton wick

Trim the wick to 3–5 mm before each lighting. Proper trimming ensures a smaller flame and longer burn time. If the wick is too long, the candle may smoke or burn unevenly. If it’s too short and sinks into the wax, gently push the wax aside once the candle has cooled.

This type of candle has no container — always place it in a candle holder or on a non-flammable plate before lighting. Beeswax may drip when burning, so ensure it’s on a safe surface. Burn for a maximum of 3–4 hours at a time and avoid moving while lit.

Tip: Slightly warm the metal spike of your candle holder before placing the candle on it to prevent cracking.

All our scented candles bear labeling according to CLP legislation. Safety data sheets are available upon request.

Every consumer must comply with the safety recommendations stated on the candle packaging and on our website.

During transport, the label with safety information on the bottom of the candle may come off. Please carefully read these safety instructions.

ČSN EN 15494 (650121) specifies safety labeling for candles intended for burning in rooms.

All candles from Louky Studio are intended for legally competent adults. Louky Studio is not responsible for misuse of products and all products are used at your own risk. Some fragrant and essential oils are not suitable for pregnant and nursing women, young children, and animals.

All fragrant and essential oils are made from high-quality raw materials, have not been tested on animals, and do not contain parabens or phthalates. Essential oils used in candles and other products have all important safety data sheets – IFRA, SDS – and comply with all EU regulations.

Candles and other products are PROHIBITED FOR INTERNAL USE and are not intended for CONSUMPTION!

Candles have a minimum shelf life of 2 years. Please note that the fragrance develops gradually during storage.

Candles and other products are not certified as cosmetic products under current EU law.

The candles are made from premium soy and beeswax. Waxes do not contain pesticides, herbicides, or petroleum byproducts.
