All our candles are lovingly hand-poured in South Moravia. Each candle is crafted from natural soy or beeswax, free from any toxins or additives. Small imperfections such as bubbles or slight color variations are signs of the handmade process. Occasionally, a natural “wax bloom” may appear on beeswax candles — this is a mark of authenticity and can be gently removed by warming or wiping with a soft cloth.

Composition:

• Soy wax or beeswax
• Cotton wick

Wick care is essential – always trim the wick to 3–5 mm before lighting (both before the first and every subsequent use).

Proper trimming ensures a stable, clean flame and longer burn time. If the wick is too long, the candle may smoke or burn unevenly. If it’s too short and sinks into the wax, gently remove some wax around it after cooling.

Soy wax tends to melt more easily than paraffin, so always place the candle on a heat-resistant tray or holder before lighting. Wax may drip during burning, so consider this when placing the candle. Do not burn longer than 2–3 hours at a time.

All our scented candles bear labeling according to CLP legislation. Safety data sheets are available upon request.

Every consumer must comply with the safety recommendations stated on the candle packaging and on our website.

During transport, the label with safety information on the bottom of the candle may come off. Please carefully read these safety instructions.

ČSN EN 15494 (650121) specifies safety labeling for candles intended for burning in rooms.

All candles from Louky Studio are intended for legally competent adults. Louky Studio is not responsible for misuse of products and all products are used at your own risk. Some fragrant and essential oils are not suitable for pregnant and nursing women, young children, and animals.

All fragrant and essential oils are made from high-quality raw materials, have not been tested on animals, and do not contain parabens or phthalates. Essential oils used in candles and other products have all important safety data sheets – IFRA, SDS – and comply with all EU regulations.

Candles and other products are PROHIBITED FOR INTERNAL USE and are not intended for CONSUMPTION!

Candles have a minimum shelf life of 2 years. Please note that the fragrance develops gradually during storage.

Candles and other products are not certified as cosmetic products under current EU law.

The candles are made from premium soy and beeswax. Waxes do not contain pesticides, herbicides, or petroleum byproducts.
