Each candle is hand-poured in South Moravia — from the first pour to the final wrap. Made from 100% natural soy wax free from toxins and paraffin. Minor imperfections like bubbles or color variations are part of the artisanal process and make every piece unique.

Composition:

• 100% soy wax (pesticide-free, biodegradable)
• flat wooden wick
• fragrance blend made with essential oils (IFRA certified)
• Jesmonite vessel (eco-resin)
• candle dye

Jesmonite is an eco-friendly composite made from water-based acrylic and mineral base. It contains no solvents or VOCs, making it safe for both you and the environment. Small air bubbles or irregularities may occur — these give the vessel its natural handcrafted charm.

Candle care:

For the first burn, let the wax melt evenly to the edges (no longer than 3 hours). Wooden wicks require slightly different care than cotton ones — gently remove the burnt tip between your fingers once cooled. Do not break off too much of the wick, or it may not relight properly.

Wooden wicks can take longer to ignite (10–20 seconds) and may need 2–3 attempts to catch. Use a lighter rather than matches for best results.

If tunneling occurs, wrap the candle in foil, leaving a small opening at the top — the heat will melt the remaining wax evenly.

Once the candle has burned out, give the Jesmonite vessel a new life — clean it with warm water, remove the wick, and reuse it as a small planter or decorative bowl.

All our scented candles bear labeling according to CLP legislation. Safety data sheets are available upon request.

Every consumer must comply with the safety recommendations stated on the candle packaging and on our website.

During transport, the label with safety information on the bottom of the candle may come off. Please carefully read these safety instructions.

ČSN EN 15494 (650121) specifies safety labeling for candles intended for burning in rooms.

All candles from Louky Studio are intended for legally competent adults. Louky Studio is not responsible for misuse of products and all products are used at your own risk. Some fragrant and essential oils are not suitable for pregnant and nursing women, young children, and animals.

All fragrant and essential oils are made from high-quality raw materials, have not been tested on animals, and do not contain parabens or phthalates. Essential oils used in candles and other products have all important safety data sheets – IFRA, SDS – and comply with all EU regulations.

Candles and other products are PROHIBITED FOR INTERNAL USE and are not intended for CONSUMPTION!

Candles have a minimum shelf life of 2 years. Please note that the fragrance develops gradually during storage.

Candles and other products are not certified as cosmetic products under current EU law.

The candles are made from premium soy and beeswax. Waxes do not contain pesticides, herbicides, or petroleum byproducts.
