All our candles are hand-poured in South Moravia. Each step — from pouring to packaging — is done with care. The candles are made from soy and white beeswax, completely free of toxins or synthetic materials. Small imperfections such as air bubbles or slight color variations are a natural part of handcrafted production. The addition of beeswax helps extend the burn time for a longer, cleaner flame.

Candle composition:

• Soy wax and white beeswax
• Cotton wick
• Candle dye

Wick care is essential — always trim the wick to 3–5 mm before each burn. This ensures the flame stays small and steady for a longer-lasting candle. If the wick is too long, it can produce black smoke or a large flame. If it sinks into the wax, it’s trimmed too short — once cooled, carefully remove some wax around it. Never handle the candle while hot or burning.

Because soy wax tends to melt more than paraffin, always place this candle in a holder or on a heat-resistant surface before lighting. Some dripping is normal, so keep that in mind when displaying it. Let it burn for a maximum of 2 hours per session and avoid moving it while lit.

All our scented candles bear labeling according to CLP legislation. Safety data sheets are available upon request.

Every consumer must comply with the safety recommendations stated on the candle packaging and on our website.

During transport, the label with safety information on the bottom of the candle may come off. Please carefully read these safety instructions.

ČSN EN 15494 (650121) specifies safety labeling for candles intended for burning in rooms.

All candles from Louky Studio are intended for legally competent adults. Louky Studio is not responsible for misuse of products and all products are used at your own risk. Some fragrant and essential oils are not suitable for pregnant and nursing women, young children, and animals.

All fragrant and essential oils are made from high-quality raw materials, have not been tested on animals, and do not contain parabens or phthalates. Essential oils used in candles and other products have all important safety data sheets – IFRA, SDS – and comply with all EU regulations.

Candles and other products are PROHIBITED FOR INTERNAL USE and are not intended for CONSUMPTION!

Candles have a minimum shelf life of 2 years. Please note that the fragrance develops gradually during storage.

Candles and other products are not certified as cosmetic products under current EU law.

The candles are made from premium soy and beeswax. Waxes do not contain pesticides, herbicides, or petroleum byproducts.
