All candles are hand-poured in South Moravia. The entire process is beautiful from pouring the candle to the final packaging. The candles are made from a blend of soy and white beeswax, which contains no toxic materials. Minor imperfections, such as bubbles or color variations, may be caused by the influence of handcrafting.

This candle primarily serves as a decoration, and therefore, when burning, part of the edges remains intact. The remaining wax can then be easily used in an aroma lamp, allowing you to enjoy its scent a little longer.

Our range includes a wide variety of decorative candles in different shapes, from floral designs such as roses or peonies to figurative candles like teddy bears and other motifs. These candles are primarily decorative, and their specific behavior while burning should be expected.

With decorative candles, perfectly even burning cannot be guaranteed. Due to their shape, they may burn unevenly, faster, and very often wax may drip or run from them.

➡️ Wax dripping is completely normal for decorative candles.

➡️ The amount of dripping wax may be more significant than with classic candle shapes.

Care for decorative candles is very similar to that of cylindrical candles – most importantly, the wick must be trimmed to a length of 3–5 mm before every lighting. The key difference lies in candle placement.

⚠️ Decorative candles must always be placed on a sufficiently large, non-flammable tray or plate.

⚠️ Expect wax to drip and run beyond the candle’s shape.

⚠️ Never place the candle directly on furniture or other sensitive surfaces.

We recommend not letting decorative candles burn for a long time (the ideal burn time is 1 hour) and not handling them while burning, to prevent increased wax dripping or the risk of the candle tipping over.

Information for Consumers

All our scented candles carry labeling according to CLP legislation. The safety data sheet is available upon request.

Every consumer must adhere to the safety recommendations stated on the candle packaging and here on our website.

During transportation, it may happen that the label with safety information detaches from the bottom of the candle. Please read these safety instructions carefully as well.

ČSN EN 15494 (650121) specifies the safety labeling of candles intended for burning in rooms.

All candles from Louky Studio are intended for adults of legal age. Louky Studio is not responsible for the misuse of products, and all products are used at your own risk. Some scented and essential oils are not suitable for pregnant and nursing women, small children, and animals.

All scented and essential oils have been made from quality raw materials, have not been tested on animals, and do not contain parabens or phthalates. The essential oils used in the candles and other products have all the important safety data sheets – IFRA, SDS, and comply with all EU regulations.

Candles and other products are PROHIBITED FOR INTERNAL USE and are not intended for CONSUMPTION!

Candles have a minimum shelf life of 2 years. Please keep in mind that during storage, the fragrance develops gradually.

Candles and other products are not certified as cosmetic products according to current EU legislation.

The candles use premium soy / beeswax. The waxes do not contain pesticides, herbicides, or petroleum additives.
