The peony-shaped candle is made from 100% beeswax. The inspiration for this candle was the enchanting peony flower, which is evident in every detail. The beeswax peony is in a beautiful yellow color and emits a subtle honey scent when burned.
The candle can serve as a decorative element that enhances any space. It is ideal for placing on the table during dinner, on a shelf in the living room, or as a beautiful addition to a nightstand.
The burn time with proper care can be approximately 5 hours.

All candles are hand-poured in South Moravia. The candles are made from pure beeswax (there are no added additives such as paraffin, soy wax, fragrances, etc. in the wax). Due to its high quality and density, the candle burns slower and longer than regular candles, ensuring a long-lasting experience. Moreover, by choosing beeswax as the material, you support beekeepers from the Czech Republic.
Sometimes white spots may form on beeswax candles - this is known as the wax bloom (it is a sign of the wax's authenticity). You can remove this bloom by gently warming the candle, for example, by touching it or gently wiping it with a cloth.

In our collection, you’ll find a wide range of decorative candles in various shapes – from floral designs like roses and peonies to figurative candles such as teddy bears and other motifs. These candles are primarily decorative, so it’s important to expect specific behavior when burning them.
With decorative candles, perfectly even burning cannot be guaranteed. Due to their shape, they may burn unevenly or faster, and wax may very often drip or flow from them.
➡️ Wax dripping is completely normal for decorative candles.
➡️ The amount of dripping wax may be more significant than with classic candle shapes.
Caring for decorative candles is very similar to caring for pillar candles – most importantly, always trim the wick to 3–5 mm before each use. The key difference, however, is proper placement.
⚠️ Decorative candles must always be placed on a sufficiently large, non-flammable tray or plate.
⚠️ Be prepared for wax to drip and flow beyond the candle’s shape.
⚠️ Never place the candle directly on furniture or other sensitive surfaces.
We recommend not letting decorative candles burn for long periods (the ideal time is up to 1 hour) and avoiding any handling while they are burning, as this may cause increased wax dripping or the candle tipping over.

Every consumer must adhere to the safety recommendations stated on the candle packaging and here on our website.
During transportation, it may happen that the label with safety information detaches from the bottom of the candle. Please read these safety instructions carefully as well.
ČSN EN 15494 (650121) specifies the safety labeling of candles intended for burning in rooms.

All candles from Louky Studio are intended for adults of legal age. Louky Studio is not responsible for the misuse of products, and all products are used at your own risk. Some scented and essential oils are not suitable for pregnant and nursing women, small children, and animals.
All scented and essential oils have been made from quality raw materials, have not been tested on animals, and do not contain parabens or phthalates. The essential oils used in the candles and other products have all the important safety data sheets – IFRA, SDS, and comply with all EU regulations.
Candles and other products are PROHIBITED FOR INTERNAL USE and are not intended for CONSUMPTION!
Candles have a minimum shelf life of 2 years. Please keep in mind that during storage, the fragrance develops gradually.
Candles and other products are not certified as cosmetic products according to current EU legislation.
The candles use premium soy / beeswax. The waxes do not contain pesticides, herbicides, or petroleum additives.
