All candles are hand-poured in South Moravia. They are made from pure beeswax (without any added ingredients such as paraffin, soy wax, or fragrances). Thanks to the high quality and density of the wax, the candle burns slower and longer than conventional ones, ensuring a lasting experience. By choosing beeswax as the material, you also support Czech beekeepers.

Sometimes, white patches may appear on beeswax candles – this is known as "bloom" and is a natural sign of authentic beeswax. You can easily remove it by gently warming the candle with your hand or wiping it with a soft cloth.

Ingredients:

• 100% pure beeswax
• Cotton wick

Proper wick care is essential – always trim the wick to 3–5 mm before lighting (both before the first and subsequent uses).
Trimming ensures that the flame stays the right size and the candle lasts longer. A wick that is too long can cause the candle to smoke or burn with a large flame. If the wick starts sinking into the wax, it means it’s too short (you can gently move the wax aside with a tool – make sure the candle is not lit or hot).

This type of candle does not come with its own holder – always place it in a candle holder or on a non-flammable plate before lighting. Wax may drip, so keep that in mind when placing it. Let the candle burn for no more than 3 hours at a time, and do not move it while burning.

All our scented candles bear labeling according to CLP legislation. Safety data sheets are available upon request.

Every consumer must comply with the safety recommendations stated on the candle packaging and on our website.

During transport, the label with safety information on the bottom of the candle may come off. Please carefully read these safety instructions.

ČSN EN 15494 (650121) specifies safety labeling for candles intended for burning in rooms.

All candles from Louky Studio are intended for legally competent adults. Louky Studio is not responsible for misuse of products and all products are used at your own risk. Some fragrant and essential oils are not suitable for pregnant and nursing women, young children, and animals.

All fragrant and essential oils are made from high-quality raw materials, have not been tested on animals, and do not contain parabens or phthalates. Essential oils used in candles and other products have all important safety data sheets – IFRA, SDS – and comply with all EU regulations.

Candles and other products are PROHIBITED FOR INTERNAL USE and are not intended for CONSUMPTION!

Candles have a minimum shelf life of 2 years. Please note that the fragrance develops gradually during storage.

Candles and other products are not certified as cosmetic products under current EU law.

The candles are made from premium soy and beeswax. Waxes do not contain pesticides, herbicides, or petroleum byproducts.
