All our candles are hand-poured in South Moravia. Each one is crafted with care, from pouring to packaging. Made from 100% soy wax – free of toxins, pesticides, and paraffin – they burn cleanly and sustainably. Minor imperfections such as air bubbles or subtle variations in color are part of the handmade charm.

Candle composition:

• 100% natural soy wax (biodegradable, free of herbicides and pesticides)
• cotton wick

Trim the wick to 3–5 mm before lighting (and before each use). This ensures an even flame, longer burn time, and prevents smoking. If the wick becomes too short and sinks into the wax, gently remove some wax around it once cooled.

Soy wax naturally melts more than paraffin, so always place the candle in a heat-resistant holder or on a non-flammable plate. Wax may drip while burning.

Allow the candle to burn for a maximum of 3–4 hours at a time and avoid moving it while lit. If using a metal spike holder, gently warm the spike with a lighter before placing the candle on it.

All our scented candles bear labeling according to CLP legislation. Safety data sheets are available upon request.

Every consumer must comply with the safety recommendations stated on the candle packaging and on our website.

During transport, the label with safety information on the bottom of the candle may come off. Please carefully read these safety instructions.

ČSN EN 15494 (650121) specifies safety labeling for candles intended for burning in rooms.

All candles from Louky Studio are intended for legally competent adults. Louky Studio is not responsible for misuse of products and all products are used at your own risk. Some fragrant and essential oils are not suitable for pregnant and nursing women, young children, and animals.

All fragrant and essential oils are made from high-quality raw materials, have not been tested on animals, and do not contain parabens or phthalates. Essential oils used in candles and other products have all important safety data sheets – IFRA, SDS – and comply with all EU regulations.

Candles and other products are PROHIBITED FOR INTERNAL USE and are not intended for CONSUMPTION!

Candles have a minimum shelf life of 2 years. Please note that the fragrance develops gradually during storage.

Candles and other products are not certified as cosmetic products under current EU law.

The candles are made from premium soy and beeswax. Waxes do not contain pesticides, herbicides, or petroleum byproducts.
