All candles are hand-poured in South Moravia. Every step — from casting to final packaging — is done with care. Made from pure soy wax, free from toxins or synthetic additives. Minor imperfections such as small bubbles or subtle color variations are part of the handmade process and make each candle unique.

Composition:

• 100% natural soy wax
• Cotton wick
• Candle dye

Trim the wick to 3–5 mm before each lighting. Proper trimming ensures a smaller, steady flame and longer burn time. If the wick is too long, the candle may smoke or burn unevenly. If it’s too short, the wick can drown in the wax — simply adjust it after the candle has cooled.

Soy wax naturally melts more than paraffin, so always place the candle in a holder or on a heat-resistant plate before lighting. Some wax may drip while burning, so make sure to protect the surface. Burn for a maximum of 3–4 hours at a time and do not move the candle while lit.

Tip: Warm the metal spike of your candle holder with a lighter before placing the candle to avoid cracking.

All our scented candles bear labeling according to CLP legislation. Safety data sheets are available upon request.

Every consumer must comply with the safety recommendations stated on the candle packaging and on our website.

During transport, the label with safety information on the bottom of the candle may come off. Please carefully read these safety instructions.

ČSN EN 15494 (650121) specifies safety labeling for candles intended for burning in rooms.

All candles from Louky Studio are intended for legally competent adults. Louky Studio is not responsible for misuse of products and all products are used at your own risk. Some fragrant and essential oils are not suitable for pregnant and nursing women, young children, and animals.

All fragrant and essential oils are made from high-quality raw materials, have not been tested on animals, and do not contain parabens or phthalates. Essential oils used in candles and other products have all important safety data sheets – IFRA, SDS – and comply with all EU regulations.

Candles have a minimum shelf life of 2 years. Please note that the fragrance develops gradually during storage.

Candles and other products are not certified as cosmetic products under current EU law.

The candles are made from premium soy and beeswax. Waxes do not contain pesticides, herbicides, or petroleum byproducts.
